The process of decision-making is the cornerstone of the administration of any educational institution, and the standard against which to assess the school is the quality of decisions taken by the school administration and efficiency that are placed by those decisions into effect, and are affected by those decisions the behavior of the school principal and his personality and style that runs by the school, and can be taking into account the following steps when making the decision:
1 - identify the problem and identified.

5 - the formulation and selection of the solution or solutions and the preferred choice in advance of any possible alternatives.
6 - the preferred solution put in place with the creation of atmosphere for its implementation and ensure a level commensurate with the performance of the implementation plan and then evaluate the validity of the decision whether it is the most appropriate decisions?. (Khawaja, 2004, p. 42).
