Building on what is stated in the National Charter for Education and Training containing the philosophy of education, was adopted entrance competencies to review the curricula of education and training instead of Moroccan entrance of the goals that had prevailed before.
This is an orientation choice pedagogy designed to improve the learner to higher levels of education and training; as the Competency-based Instruction is based on an integrated system of knowledge, performances and skills, the organization that allows for the learner, within the status of teaching, doing the achievements and performances appropriate required by the situation.
Of course, the approach of this kind, working on activities focus on learner-centered, where all the acts educational and learning and associated activities as a major player.
