رغم أنّ تصنيف الكفاءات في فئات هو تصنيف اعتباطي.

إلاّ أنّه لا يقتصر على الانشغال الاستعراضي فقط.

فهو تصنيف يمكّن من تنظيمها في تدرّج منسجم على المراحل، ومن التعرّف أكثر على طبيعة النشاطات التي يمكن أن تقوم ببنائها، ومن ترشيد مسار التعليم والتعلّم.

Although the classification of competencies in categories is arbitrary.

It is not, however, limited to mere review preoccupation.

It is a classification that can be organized into a coherent hierarchy of stages, a better understanding of the nature of the activities that you can build, and a rationalization of the teaching and learning process.
