The demographic growth witnessed in our country on the one hand, and the current status of the mortgage balance, and print fragile and aging, to make Morocco urged to build more than 18,000 new housing each year until 2010. It can be said on the whole that the housing sector and reconstruction in our country requires more effort and more reform measures both in terms of legislation, or at the level of investment, or in the field of manufacturing production on a wider scale, and all that it promises to open promising prospects in terms of creation of new positions and many for the job and rehabilitation of various sectors and industries related to the sector.
